I don't have Rivals premium, but based on the scout article I'm guessing its also referring to FSU offering Cash...

Another major offer on the way for Cash

Plantation (Fla.) High School is turning into a hot bed for defensive back talent over the past few years. In the class of 2009, cornerback Brandon McGee signed with Miami and safety Vladimir Emilien headed north to Michigan. In the 2010 class, three-star cornerback Gilbert St. Louis has committed to play at UConn. Already, it looks as though the tradition will continue in the class of 2011.

Video interview. Not much new except Cash says that he'd like to stay close to home. IMO he has an uptick in his speech and facial expressions when talking about Miami. I would think they lead after watching this despite his claims to be open.

Is distance a factor for Cash?

PLANTATION, Fla. - Scout hit the road recently and spent some time in South Florida. One of the prospects we visited was 2011 safety Jeremy Cash. He talked about his offers, what he is looking for, what he brings to the field, and more in this exclusive interview.

Eh, when it comes down to it, most of these kids just aren't gonna leave the south, no matter how much they may like OSU. Ohio is strong at the safety position in 2011, so we'll be fine. Good luck to the kid if he does indeed stay home...

It kinda sounds like his parents are pushing him to stay close to home and wait a little while to make a decision...

But lets remember, that he came up to camp, USC game, pushed for an offer, wanted to committ on the spot, and told the staff that he will be a buckeye.

Maybe things have changed, but I will believe it when I see it...

Plantation starts fast, routs Dillard

BY RUDY RODRIGUEZ-CHOMAT
Miami Herald Writer

Plantation finally played a complete game Friday night at Dillard and it showed as the Colonels made a big statement, blasting the Panthers 39-14 in a game that was never close.
. . .
Dillard fumbled again four plays later when Scott couldn't get the handoff from quarterback Charles Green. Plantations Jeremy Cash scooped it up and returned it 44 yards for a touchdown and a 20-0 lead.
