Welcome to the Buckeye Family, Najee!!

Najee can hit, takes good angles, looks like he's got some good hands, and he's got some real wheels there too. Really like the combination of Najee with Tyvis Powell... I think their talents will compliment each other really well.

Starting with the last recruiting class, it looks like we're taking a different approach to our safety recruiting. We're not recruiting former HS QBs to be safeties (Domicone, Pentello, O.Johnson, Schwartz)... we're recruiting some guys who have the raw tools to play the position (Tanner, Cash, Powell, Murray). Ought to pay major dividends.

Though it's always nice to get a 5 star recruit, I would take someone who has the heart and love for the Buckeyes over other recruits. Congrats Najee and can't wait to see what you bring from the powerhouse high school you reside from.

Well the good thing about being a 3 star from Ohio is that those are guys who usually are under the radar prospects, plus tOSU puts a heavy premium on coaching kids up i.e. Malcolm Jenkins, Donald Washington, Will Allen, Jermale Hines, Antonio Smith, Devon Torrence...

Plus these kids will automatically come in with a chip on their shoulders as well which is a plus
