Sure, Herman deserves some credit, and I am a little salty at the present moment... but the credit can go all around: Zeke, the Slobs, Warriner, Herman, Cardale, etc. I’ll get off it - I shouldn’t have put it in Chase’s thread.

There were plays where he was easily as disruptive as Bosa, but he made a few mistakes here and there. Regardless, it’s going to be ridiculously difficult for any team to actually sit in the pocket and be able to throw the ball downfield against this DL. But Young could use some discipline in the run stopping department.

9 QB pressures on 18 pass rushes, and you’re not impressed? He was very disruptive and the only reason he didn’t have a pair of sacks is because Bosa beat him there by a tenth of a second.
He will learn from his few mistakes after film. But whatever they do, don’t slow his motor! Please!

No doubt. I think his play will be adjusted with the film breakdown. Seems to be too eager to want to get into the backfield, that he loses sight of what the offense is doing. Props to OrSU for capitalizing on Ohio State’s mistakes, but I think this defense only gets better as the season wears on.
