He got pressure a couple of times but more often than not he was blocked 1:1 by either Sparty OT

Cooper graded champion while Young did not.

Yeah that talk needs to be sidelined for the foreseeable future. He's only a sophomore, so I don't want to criticize him too much, but he hasn't really even flashed that much since PSU. I'm confident he'll put in the work this offseason though, and then we'll see next season.

Lost in the awesomeness of Haskins's night, Chase Young had a HUGE game. Forced two turnovers plus two (three?) sacks on top of that? Can we have this Chase Young every game, please?

I really, really like Togiai in limited reps this season. Young, Togiai, and Garrett next season could be special.

Urban/Johnson absolutely killed it recruiting DT last recruiting class. Getting Togiai, Vincent, AND finally getting Jackson is amazing.

Add to that that things really started clicking for Cooper and Young these last two games. The DL will be sick in 2019! Here’s to hoping the refresh at LB turns things up for the defense. I think the secondary will be fine next season.
