No joke man, Fick is doing some real work. I think we're going to realize real soon (if we already haven't, which it seems we have) that retaining Fickell is going to pay HUGE dividends down the road.

No joke man, Fick is doing some real work. I think we're going to realize real soon (if we already haven't, which it seems we have) that retaining Fickell is going to pay HUGE dividends down the road.

No doubt in my mind. A lot of attention is being paid to the possible OC and QB coach and other positions, and for good reason, but retaining Fickell is going to really help this team down the road.
