Yes and if Coop thinks he can play onSundays, then a full year of eligibility might be something he needs next year.

He had a great game against TTUN last year. If healthy, I would love to see him start and play this Saturday.

Thought they would hold him until the B1G Championship or CFP semis.

Shows how focused this program is on beating the rival.

So glad that he chose to make his final game of the year against TTUN.

“I feel like this game would mean more to just me and my brothers to end the regular season undefeated, and I wanted to make sure that I gave it everything I got,” Cooper said. “Not only is this the rivalry game, but I feel like it’s the last time I’m going to get to play emotionally with my brothers and that means something. I was feeling really good this week. Had a pretty good practice and I asked the coaches if I could do this one.”

Cooper finished the game on Saturday with three solo tackles, one sack, a tackle for loss… and another pair of Gold Pants.

This is the difference between OSU players and their players. They would never chose to play in The Game over a potential national championship. Not just because they don't value The Game as much but because they will NEVER have that option in the first place.

True Buckeye! Choses to play his final game of 2019 against the Maize and Blue. Then the first thing he does afterwards is approach Coach Day and tell him he wants to help the rest of the year by playing on the scout team. Like I said: True Buckeye!!

Think Cooper is the piece that puts this team over the top in Big 10 play next year. Huge getting him back.....not just because at 100% he can be a very productive pass rusher, but because he sets an amazing example for the team and is a great locker room guy.

I’m curious to see, with a healthy season, where he can get his draft stick too. I think he’s capable of 8-10 sacks next year....

Another "what if" for 2019... he clearly wasn't ready for the early games he played.

What if he doesn't play vs Nebraska etc and we have him for Clemson.
