I did a couple of weekends in Portland when I was at Oregon State and I can definitely vouch for Reed College for number one. I don't know how they figure Georgia Tech as being on the list.

I need some rules clarification if you please.

What does the percentage mean?
Chance to hook up?
Percentage that have gone all the way, on a first date?

Is Oberlin the same pricy, private school my buddies' girlfriend went to in Ohio?
Man I thought I had landed in a beached whale convention. Of course that was awhile ago so maybe things have changed.

I don't see how Tulane did not make the list.
And the the Colorado and Arizona schools.

And how the hell did RPI make it?

My friend Nola brings forth an interesting point. Let me bring forth some research I, personally, have done. Take this information as a caveat for the future.

As a general rule the sluttiness of a girl is directly proportional to the desperatness of that girl. A girls desperateness is directly related to her uggo-factor (technical term). Therefore, we can conclude that most of the time Slutty = Uggo. In cases in which Slutty <> Uggo, there can be a reasonable expectation of Emotional/Psychological issues. I have heard stories of women who are hot, emotionally stable and slutty. These women are sluts because a.) Rebelliousness or b.) They enjoy being sluts. THESE are the Golden Geese of our world my friend...the preverbial DoDo bird, if you will.

If you meet one of these ladies and she has a friend...contact your ol friend Oiler.
