DeShaun Watson (QB Cleveland Browns)

Summary of lawsuits against Deshaun Watson

March 30, 2020, at the plaintiff's home in Texas. The plaintiff has run a massage therapy business since 2018 and is a licensed therapist. He contacted her via direct message on Instagram and insisted no one else be present during his massage. The woman alleges that Watson exposed his penis and touched her hand with his penis. She says she ended the massage abruptly and Watson told her: "I know you have a career and a reputation, and I know you would hate for someone to mess with yours, just like I don't want anyone messing with mine." She says he texted later to apologize but she did not respond.

April 19, 2020, at a Houston spa. The plaintiff, a licensed esthetician who owns her skin care business, says she was contacted by Watson via Instagram. During a massage appointment, Watson directed the woman to work on the crevices in his groin area, the lawsuit states. She says when he rolled over onto his back, he had an erection and repeatedly touched her hand with his penis. He ejaculated, leaving the woman "confused and mortified," the lawsuit states.

June 2, 2020, at a spa in Houston. The plaintiff has been in the massage business about 11 years and is a licensed therapist who routinely works with pro athletes. She says Watson contacted her via Instagram and later by phone, telling her he makes "a lot of massage therapists uncomfortable and it's really hard for me to find someone who will meet my needs." During the appointment, the woman says, Watson continually tried to remove towels and exposed his penis multiple times and moved "in such a way to make his penis touch Plaintiff." The lawsuit says Watson tried to schedule future appointments but was ignored or declined.

June 2020 and Aug. 17, 2020, at a hotel and later a spa in Houston. The plaintiff, who offers bodywork and stretch therapy classes, markets her business through Instagram. She said she initially did not know who Watson was when he contacted her through the manager at a spa where she worked. She met him at a hotel where he was staying, the lawsuit says. She says Watson groped her buttocks and vagina, and she slapped him. She says he later touched her hand with his penis. On Aug. 17, she says, Watson reached out on Instagram, and she didn't realize the connection to her earlier client until he arrived. The lawsuit says Watson apologized for his earlier behavior but during the appointment exposed himself, forced the woman's mouth onto his penis and masturbated in front of her.

Houston Texans QB Deshaun Watson called 'serial predator' in lawsuit No. 14 alleging sexual assault and inappropriate conduct

A 14th lawsuit alleging sexual assault and inappropriate conduct was filed against Deshaun Watson by a woman who says she believes the Houston Texans quarterback is a "serial predator."

The lawsuit, which was filed Monday night and appeared on the Harris County District Clerk's website Tuesday morning, alleges that Watson "assaulted and harassed Plaintiff by exposing himself to her and touching her with his penis."

The incident allegedly took place in California, just the second of the 14 allegations to take place outside the Houston area.

The traveling massage therapist alleges that when she arrived at the address Watson gave her, he led her to a room and "locked the doors behind him." After Watson allegedly "forced Plaintiff's hand onto his penis" during the massage, he allegedly told her, "I will not have you sign a NDA but don't ever talk about this."

Just sayin': Now it's 14 lawsuits and counting. If he wanted an erotic sexual message, why didn't he just go to one of those places like Robert Kraft went to?....

Deshaun Watson's attorney responds to 16 lawsuits filed against the Houston Texans quarterback

With the number of lawsuits against Deshaun Watson reaching 16 on Tuesday, the quarterback's lawyer, Rusty Hardin, said in a statement that his law firm has "strong evidence" showing that one of the lawsuits alleging sexual assault is false and that it "calls into question the legitimacy of the other cases as well."

Hardin added that he believes "any allegation that Deshaun forced a woman to commit a sexual act is completely false."

After two more lawsuits were filed late Tuesday afternoon, there are now 16 filed by Houston lawyer Tony Buzbee against Watson alleging sexual assault and inappropriate conduct. The 14th lawsuit was filed Monday night and appeared on the Harris County District Clerk's website on Tuesday morning, while Nos. 15 and 16, alleging similar behavior by Watson, were filed Tuesday afternoon.

Lawsuit accuses Deshaun Watson of deleting Instagram messages, contacting women in attempt to settle cases

Three new lawsuits accusing Deshaun Watson of sexual assault and inappropriate conduct were filed Sunday night, including one that claims the Houston Texans quarterback is deleting Instagram messages and contacting the women "who formally provided him massages, in an attempt to settle" those cases.

The three lawsuits, which were available Monday morning on the Harris County District Clerk's website, bring the total number of lawsuits filed against Watson to 19.

"Plaintiffs have not brought these cases for money or attention; instead Plaintiffs seek a change in behavior with regard to Watson, and a change of culture in the NFL," said the lawsuit, filed by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee.

Anybody actually believe that? Yeah right, the women don't want any money and the lawyer is representing the women "pro bono".

Two more lawsuits filed against Houston Texans' Deshaun Watson, pushing total to 21

Two more lawsuits alleging sexual assault and inappropriate behavior were filed against Deshaun Watson on Tuesday evening, including one that states the Houston Texans quarterback has "unsent" messages on Instagram and has contacted the women who had previously massaged him "through intermediaries."

That statement in the lawsuit clarifies the contents of a lawsuit filed by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee on Sunday night that said Watson was deleting Instagram messages and contacting the women "who formally provided him massages, in an attempt to settle" those cases.

On Monday, Watson's lawyer, Rusty Hardin, said in a statement that Watson has not deleted any Instagram messages over the past two weeks and "categorically" denied that his client contacted any of the women directly.

I wonder how many 1st round draft picks Houston will package with Watson to get another team to take him.

I could understand the extortion angle that I have seen in other places if it was 2-3 accusers, but 21 accusers in (at least) 3 states is not extortion IMO

So he’s got 21 that have accused him of innapropriate behavior/assualt and now his lawyers find 18 other therapists that say he was fine to work with.

So he’s gotten massages from 40 different women?? That’s sketchy as hell as a professional athlete of his stature. You would think he would have a single trainer and message therapist that knows his needs. If you’re reaching out to 40+, you’re looking for more than fixing muscle aches.

Does is mean he sexually assaulted them? No clue. But I don’t think he’s running through a list of massage girls in every city to keep his body healthy. Guessing some form of his name/money/power came up in a lot of cases.

I think the craziest part is that all the women(from what I believe) were contacted through DMs on Instagram. That's not exactly a professional way to find a masseuse, but more of a way to get a hook up, IJS...
I want it to not be true, but this is a lot of women now

get them all in court under oath... I find the following intersting:

  • Plaintiffs lawyer is neighbors or was with the Owner
  • Uhm if he doesn’t demand a trade does this happen?
  • Did the Texans know all along?
  • Civil not Criminal- lower burden of proof - with 21 a criminal case should be relatively convincing to meet the beyond a reasonable doubt.

Something about this is awful i just dont know what yet .. I hope we get the truth but doubt we will
