Wow. Impressive. Speed to burn. Vision. Hands. Reminds me of Gonzo, but with more impressive h.s. film. Go get him, Urban!

More Dane to me. He's got a little bit of Hartline in him, too.

Judging by his picture, I can tell he's a very gritty, hard-working kid who will give it everything he has out there on the field.

Also he's more quick than fast; but again, I'm only going off the photo.

He definitely has speed, but I wouldn't say he has great burst. Very nice hands, and uses them rather than his body. I'm most impressed by the sharpness of his cuts out of the breaks in his patterns. I see so many rounded off cuts in other top-rated receivers. I'm not sure he's a #1 receiver, but he definitely has the makings of a strong #2.

This. Reminds me so much of Dane Sanzenbacher. Not ideally sized but makes up for it with great route running ability and hands.

I couldn't agree more. I saw the same thing in the photo. He also has good hair..which can only help.

Not to pick on westbuck04 because I know he was making a joke, but let's all be honest. The fact that the kid is white lends bias to what we see on his film. The kid is deceptively and sneaky fast.....right? So far Devon has been compared to players like Brian Hartline, Riley Cooper, Gonzo and Dane. All of these guys are quick but not as fast as say someone like Verlon Reed......right?

I don't think Devon is a burner and I'm not familiar with his level of competition, but I watched him out run the tackling angles on more than a few plays. That translates into pretty good speed in my book. I also saw a kid that has great balance and avoided getting tackled which translates into great yards after the catch. I like this offer.

By the way his dad went to Columbus Central High School (currently the COSI building) which closed in 1982. I can't remember the last time I heard it mentioned that so and so went there. That's going old school.
