Did anyone happen to catch the game between Mount Vernon and Dublin Scioto at the fairgrounds on Sat..? Mount Vernon had some kid named Ben Severns that was nailing 3's from all over the place forcing OT. He got hammered on a final second 3 in OT, but no foul was called. It was one of the most exciting games and single player performances I've seen in a long time at the High School level.

I'll probably try to make it back down there on Friday night to watch BJ and Canal, and the Desales vs. Eastmore matchup

That was only time I've seen him play, but if he plays every night like he did last Saturday I would say he is. He had good handles and incredible range.

I'll be there tonight for Winchester's tilt at 6 pm, as well as the Eastmoor-DeSales game at 9. Will try to get pics up, but am at a tourney till sun night... so it might be early mon morn.

I think he could find a spot lower-level b10... need to see more of him to get a true gauge. There wasn't a spot on the court he didn't like... and the rim felt the same way.

Healthy 10+ pt lead in "4th qtr", shooting fts for last 4.5 min. Went ice cold from line, twood red hot from three. 30 second left, twood threw a pass out of bounds after about 3 straight threes, had they hit a 4th it would've been a 5 pt margin with 30 left. Instead they turn it over, and with the pressure off, Newark finally guys some fts to ice it

For anyone interested, St. Paris Graham (team that beat Mullens +Winchester) beat Alter to make it to the final 4 at state. Not sure who they're playing yet but this is the farthest we have ever made it and our guys are looking amazing right now. Go Falcons!

So your team and my team both beat Canal Winchester this season. Didn't they only have two regular season losses?

Westerville South and Trevin (sp?) Jackson (Jimmy Jackson's son) also made it in D-I...

he is only a frosh, and comes off the bench, but he looks exactly like his dad and already has a solid frame for a frosh...Nice little player, but not sure on how good he will be...He likes to create tho...Have seen him play twice this year...
