Guilty. I rarely sign reps, positive or negative, because I don't hold grudges for bad posts...but most hold grudges for dings. But I do almost always write reasons for the rep. In your case, you were just the random recipient of a "spreading rep for a ding" (those usually don't get any reason). Easy steps for those complaining:
1) Click User CP
2) Go to User Options, uncheck "Display Rep" box
3) Glance at tool bar on left and click "Buddy/Ignore List"
4)Add Name(s) of those posters you do not wish to interact with...
The irony of this entire situation is one group calling the other "childish, immature, etc" and saying they really do not care about the stupid rep system....yet we have a 5-page thread where basically these people are only ones whining.
It ends now. It is tiresome. The victim act is pitiful. Use the options above if you have an issue...otherwise, I am assuming you enjoy the drama.

My other favorite is the people bitching about Mili, when he contributes more to this site than all of them put together. can we have a system installed alerting people when their red rep has been converted to green while the rep was off? it would make it so much easier on the people who dont care about rep, yet turn it on and off depending on what color they have.osugrad21 said:
