    Great name.

BGriffBuckeye Haaaang on Sloopy, Sloopy Hang on!! O.. H.. I.. O.

We're short on scholarships next year and, with no real names at Nose or Defensive Tackle, we do have a few BIG Defensive ends that could play the 3-4 End spots, Adolphus Washington and Greg McMullen are the popular names, and then so are Chris Wormley, LeTroy Lewis and Sevon Pittman.

I think we've got room for 3 DL next year. Washington and McMullen right now would be my picks as the 3-4 Ends and then Wormley as the other DE.

Adolphus just has so much raw talent right now and amazing size for the position. I love big DLs that play Basketball too; it helps with their lateral quickness and coordination. I hope he gets a strong, strong look from our staff.

I hope his grades are in order, because Taft isn't known for being a great(or even a decent) academic school. I like Linemen that play bball too for those same reasons, and I'm hoping the level of competition he plays against prepares him some for the next level. I hope he gets to some camps and can ball out. I'm sure Cincinnati and UK will be offering soon. If he has decent grades, I'd see Miami(OH) stepping in too
  5. And Tom Strobel.
  6. Ohio is on a sick defensive line run right now.

Buckeye86 I do not choose to discuss it

are UCLA and Kentucky (and any other school) offering primarily for football or basketball? seems like it could be either at this point
  11. AFK4403

AFK4403 I'm indie, you probably wouldn't get it.

Just based off what I've gathered following basketball and football recruiting, I'm willing to bet it's football. If he were to get those 2 bball offers that early (and I don't know if 9/1 is even significant for bball), he would be a top top national bball recruit, which isn't what I've heard.

good point, just seems like an odd coincidence that most of his offers are premiere basketball programs... maybe the football coaches are trying to use that as leverage or something

I've seen him play football and basketball and multiple occasions and I think its clear his future is in football. He is a great basketball player but its likely that hes done growing and theres not many 6'4 - 6'5 centers playing major college basketball. His upside in football is much higher than it is in basketball IMO.

DaBuckeyes? How big does he play in college? Can he be a 290-300 pound kid? Thanks!
