Believe that this stick surprised me more than Shaun Wade, mostly because of all the hulabaloo about recruiting a more highly rated DT, and then going after the #1 enchilada, plus with a brother at ND, I'd have gotten a bit antsy. But the way things played out, I'm glad that Jerron had the tenacity to gut it out. Come to think of it, maybe having his bro at ND worked in tOSU's favor, given the kind and gentle treatment of the student/athletes on the ND football team.......anyway, I echo the sentiments of the above that he's a key get, and maybe the under-rated player in 2017 recruiting. Mr. Johnson, he's all yours. Turn this silk purse into a platinum award winner please. go Jerron!

It also helped that ND had a god awful defense this year too and looked like a complete cluster f most of the season
