 I think playing from fourth grade through three years of college ball sufficiently proves his "love of the game". You may have higher standards. :roll1:

Good choice and good luck Big Hank. It's tough for a big man at DT to stay healthy for long...might as well start his NFL career now and not risk the injury. It will be interesting to see where he is picked.

Irrelevant draft analysis.....I don't think he gets past New Orleans which wil likely be picking around 15. Would be cool to see him playing D with Malcolm and Will Smith.

It's kind of interesting. Hank seemed to always be beneath the radar, and then he slips quietly into the (first round) of the NFL. I appreciate that lifestyle.

Three star recruit. ( I think the Michigan State lineman from his high school got more glory?)

No coach said he would name is son after him. I don't remember many big 10 accolades or anything. No all American.

The only thing you really hear are are players thanking their team mates for their recognition, anonymously thanking people for getting double teamed.

I don't remember the TV announcers listing him as an impact player.

I don't remember any interviews he did.

According to my notes, he only graded out as a champion in these games: 2 (UCF), 3 (Cal), 5 (MSU), 8 (Purdue). Not sure who was graded as a champion in the last game.

No extra-curriculars. No tattos. No memorablia.

And so, to Big Hank, good luck, I noticed, and I appreciated your play.

I'm sure it's a tough choice between making a run at a NC with all your buddies over the last 2/3 years or taking the money and providing for your family. That is all. Not trying to get your panties in a bunch but your post about "playing for that money" just struck me as crappy. I get that it wasn't intended that way.

I wasn't trying to yank your tampon with my reply. I don't doubt it's a tough decision for a lot of guys. I also don't have a thing against a guy if his decision to leave is an easy one. I love it when they stay, because I like watching them play. I want all of them to succeed, so if they choose to go...I just think setting their family up for life is something to celebrate that's all.

He probably won't get past Carolina, but yeah, New Orleans should be the worst.

Good luck to Big Hank in the pros. I'm sure he'll be great

Buckeneye With Rumple Minz, anything is possible.

I have a few Panthers fans in the family. They all talk about the Loutiui (spell check) kid from Utah. I told him I doubt he'll be available. Sent them a few links on Big Hank. They feel a lot better about their position now.

We've all seen what he can do at any given snap. Give him some NFL conditioning, mini-camps etc etc. He'll be a very solid presence on some franchises line for a long time.
