Even the colored fountains were black and white.

Well, sure, there was gray involved. But... I mean, look at any movie or picture and what have you. With the exception of the Wizard of Oz, everything was in black and white. Proves to me that Natalie Wood was on LSD.

Well, to be fair, by the 70s even Woody was in color.

I just saw Gone With the Wind (with my wife) and there was plenty of "color" in it. How did they do that?

Never saw it, so I don't know. I'm sure it had to do with LSD as well, though.

OH ok, I feel better now. Just pass the LSD and color me gone (the wind came in later after that bowl of chili I had for dinner). :tongue2:

Please tell me that they will colorize the shoe after this experiment!

Taking Turf Designs To Another Level

It's hard to separate rumors from legitimate information these days, and on or around April 1st it's nearly impossible to know what's real and what isn't. Looking at you, Twitter. With that being said, it's been confirmed that the next step in creative football field design will in fact be taking place, this one at the University of Central Arkansas.

I wonder when they'll start embedding LEDs in the grass for marking downs and for the halftime show.

Well I'm not worried yet. The small schools can do whatever. I'll be worried when big time programs start changing their football fields and basketball courts.
