Go there, make an account, and somewhere in the account you put in the beta code. That should let you download the launch panel and download the game. (I don't remember the exact details, but you'll find it.)

It is a huge download - 20GB or something like that? - so do it now, and use the "Check for Updates" link on the launcher Friday morning for any late patches. If you try to launch the game, it won't let you log in until Friday at noon, that's all. Or it might - they do start it earlier than announced sometimes.

Deety nailed it--and it is a huge download (also--there should have been a link to the "create a account" page in that email. Should be the same as what Deety posted). Not sure how it works with an Xbox as I'm using a PC.
