We also have Dukes, Devin Jordan, and Gonzo... you can't forget about those guys. I think Albert Dukes is gonna be a hell of a reciever

And AG is fast enough that people say, with a straight face, he would give TGII a good race.
Throw Amos and Hartline into the mix and the team really doesn't have a need, or a disposable scholarship, for a 2 year player.
  3. gonzo is the third fastest guy on the team
  4. I thought he was faster than Teddy?

i haven't forgotten about any of the other receivers but all are 6'1'' and under. i was specifically speaking of the need for a tall, big, physical receiver. i think he would be an immediate starter and is a better talent than lymon.

Tell me you're not serious...please. Ginn is as fast as anyone in college football.

While such a receiver is nice, it's not a "need". Give me a team full of Holmes and Ginns any day.
  7. I know this, but Gonzo is pretty fast. They have said they don't know who is the fastest on the team. It is between those two and Fox I believe.

If they don't know that Ginn is faster than Gonzalez and Fox, then I have serious concerns about our staff.

I seriously wonder if there is even anyone in the NFL as fast as Ginn.

Um, galloway was like 4.19. I'll take Ginn over Galloway for my team, but I think flat out speed in terms of best times, Galloway wins.

    That 4.19 is bullshit. Worldclass sprinters that run a sub-10 100m don't run a 4.19 40 yarder.

Haw's 4.21 at camp would make him faster than Fox or Gonzales. If these times were real.

How about the name Mike Roberts... If I recall that's one of the only reason's he recived a scholly. I'm sure TG and Fox are there, but Roberts was supposed to be a speedster.

Haw's 4.21 was hand timed not electronically timed.

You can probably at least 0.3 seconds to the hand time to get an accurate measure of one's speed.

How do you know who's times are electronic or hand timed?

A couple of years ago M. Hall said he would win 9 out of 10 sprints in practice with Fox winning the other. That was before Hall's knee surgeries. Roberts should be included in those races.
