Jim's Original. The absolute best Maxwell Street Polish in the city, and pork chop sandwich does not suck either.

Double-Double, Fries & a Shake. In-n-Out is a pretty simple menu, executed very well.

The menu has five options. I am not exaggerating, there are literally only five options: Double-double, cheeseburger, hamburger, french fries, and shakes.

You get the double-double, fries, and a shake.

Done and done. Pretty damn good burger.

How an Ex-Cop Rigged McDonald’s Monopoly Game and Stole Millions

...

Inside Hoover’s home, Amy Murray, a loyal McDonald’s spokesperson, encouraged him to tell the camera about the luckiest moment of his life. Nervously clutching his massive check, Hoover said he’d fallen asleep on the beach. When he bent over to wash off the sand, his People magazine fell into the sea. He bought another copy from a grocery store, he said, and inside was an advertising insert with the “Instant Win” game piece. The camera crew listened patiently to his rambling story, silently recognizing the inconsequential details found in stories told by liars. They suspected that Hoover was not a lucky winner, but part of a major criminal conspiracy to defraud the fast food chain of millions of dollars. The two men behind the camera were not from McDonald’s. They were undercover agents from the FBI.

This was a McSting.

Be sure to order your burger Animal Style which is one of the “off menu” secrets. It’s sautéed onions and mustard. Also, many don’t know that a double double (2x meat 2x cheese) is just the tip of the iceberg. Other “off menu” options are a triple, quad, etc.

How do you like Raising Cane's? One opens up here next week and never had it.

Jack in the Box is okay....I do like their Jumbo Meal....a burger, fries, and a taco? Deal. But if I want quality I vote Culver's, Rally's, and Carl's Jr.

The wife and I both love Raising Cane’s. I’d say give it a shot. I’d place it above the normal fast food chicken joints, no question. I like it better than Chick-fil-A, but that could be due to having too much of it with a location close to work.

I agree with Jack. The one around here has gone down the tubes. My last trip was very disappointing. The ones I’ve had out West are pretty good, though.
