RICHARD YOUNG
Figured we would start with the first of these players to be offered, and he might wind up being the best.

Richard Young, a 6-foot, 190-pounder from LeHigh Senior (Florida) High School, is the nation's No. 18 overall player and No. 1 running back in the class.

A track star in high school, the Young speedster (see what we did there?) already holds offers from nearly 30 schools, including Auburn, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Penn State, Texas, Texas A&M and Wisconsin.

Young flashes some burst and balance in his sophomore highlight tape during a season in which he finished with team highs in carries (100), rushing yards (982) and rushing touchdowns (eight), in addition to a 9.8 yards per carry clip.

Love his film. Wish there was more on him catching the ball out of the backfield, but this kid is special

Love the the way Richard sees the field, finds running lanes, and hits the hole with speed... fighting for yards if somehow someone is fast enough to show up in front of him. If he has hands, can block, and has the desire to be great, he's got the whole package

I hope we are as good a fit for Richard as he is for us

You usually start to see the RBs become more well rounded in the passing game(and blocking) as juniors and seniors. Those frosh and Soph years they are just learning to hit the hole hard and run over or around(or both) defenders. I’m sure we’ll see Young’s receiving skills also, the more camps and 7 on 7 tourneys he attends. But he has the total package
