The Early Candidates for their Head Coach job.....

http://lsu.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=372136

Les Miles.....Oklahoma St. Head Coach

Positives: Great motivator who is considered to be a players
coach. Very good recruiter, particularly in Texas.

Negatives: Can sometimes be overzealous in his excitement. One
of the few coaches in the country who can give his opponents
more bulletin board material than his players. His teams
aren't particularly known for playing solid defense.

Bobby Petrino.....Louisville Head Coach

Positives: Lots of offensive production.

Negatives: How well would his style of play go over in the
SEC, been able to fill Cardinal roster with academic risks due
to Louisville's open admissions policy.

I believe that this job has Butch Davis writen all over it. You might of seen Odregon take it if it was available when he was being courted by Ole Miss. This is a fantastic opp. with a lot to work with in a talent rich state. A Southerner might be a good fit but Saban was from the Midwest and he won a NC!
