Fox Sports 1 (at least its not ESPN)

I still like the assessment of Wednesday's panel discussion of Ichiro on "FOX Sports Live" as a football player, basketball player and tennis player walk into a bar.

It's the first week. They're working out kinks (and I'm going to guess it will continue for at least a month or so).

This girl on FS1 seems to be growing on people though.

Report: Ohio St. made scouts change shirts

Don't wear blue while watching Ohio State practices.
Apparel resembling the colors of rival Michigan are not welcome while coach Urban Meyer has a say, no matter if the offenders are fans, media members, or, reportedly, NFL scouts.
At least two NFL scouts who wore blue while observing Ohio State at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center this month were told to change their shirts, according to a report by Fox Sports Ohio.
Staffers informed the scouts of Meyer's rule and some Buckeyes players even yelled at the scouts, according to the report. The school then gave the scouts Ohio State shirts to wear while watching practice.

Sure, great and all, but why is it in the Fox Sports 1 thread?

Tom Brady visited his former college football team on Thursday and delivered an inspiring speech to the Michigan players.

On Friday, the guys at FOX Football Daily had a little fun with the speech, putting somebody else?s voice over Brady?s at just the right moments.

Some of the highlights:

#1 - It is absolutely in their heads. And it should be. It's hard to maintain your position as the "World Wide Leader in sports" when the major events in all but one pro sport are on other networks.

#2 - If you need evidence the NCAA is run poorly, look how little they got for their TV rights from ESPN.

It is even harder to make such claims when you have had to close your European, Middle East, and African operations due to low viewership.

They didn't show it, but I do like when Dan O'Toole lost his place during a Champions League highlight and just kept saying, "I lost my place."

Cannot take Erin Andrews' voice.

They had a five-minute segment with Andrews, Eddie and others on "FOX Sports Live" and her voice doesn't work in some settings. She also either didn't have control of the panel or Petros (the USC guy) wouldn't shut up.

That FOX college football crew needs to be looked at.
