Maybe I'm just being thick, but what's the difference between the two? I ask because on the OSU roster, we have no FB (Though I always assumed Branden Joe was our FB).

are you asking in terms of actual positions or just the labels in the media guide??? (I hope the later)

Dionte Johnson is our FB, as well as Brandon Schnittker. Their job is typically to be the lead blocker on some run plays for the RB. Occasionally on close yardage plays the FB will take handoffs, or other times to catch the defense off guard. Last year our running game was so ineffective at times that we tried Brandon Joe at more of a RB position.

Thanks a lot. I was asking about the label that Branden Joe had (why or why not he was listed as an RB/FB).
