Jahmyr Gibbs (RB Detroit Lions)

I’m not overwhelmed with Birm so does that cancel out for a net zero ?

Seriously, Bank Greene said today on a Bucknuts podcast that he thought OSU might actually lead coming out of the visit. He said he was not ready to put in a CB pick but thought the visit was very positive.

Yeah Birm basically said that because Gibbs didn’t schedule his OV to Ohio State before he left, he feels that Bama leads. Although Gibbs said he definitely wants to get back to Ohio State for an OV, Birm says it’s not good that he didn’t get the date set in stone. I don’t exactly agree.

Agree with you in spades. Between finishing a HS season and other commitments that these kids and families have, “we’ll get it on the books when we get home and figure out our calendar” is a totally reasonable answer.

That seems out of left field given the implications and/or suggestions from a few weeks ago.
tOSU was always working on setting up an official following the Maryland visit. Curious to see how ‘Bama moves forward here...
