COLUMBUS- Ohio State plans to print thousands of additional game programs after selling its entire supply before kickoff against Michigan.

Ohio State originally ordered 25,000 programs, which sold for $7 at the stadium but were gone two hours before the game started Saturday. Some fans bought multiple programs and listed them on eBay, where the souvenirs were selling for as much as $40 yesterday.

"We definitely knew that this was going to be a big game. This was the most programs we've sold for a Michigan game in 10 years," Diana Sabau, Ohio State's director of branding, told The Columbus Dispatch.

The university plans to issue 5,000 to 10,000 reprint programs, which will include an additional section of commemorative photographs from the game and the celebration.

Programs still available from OSU-Michigan football game

An Ohio State University spokesman said there are plenty of reprint programs available from the OSU-Michigan football game if you're patient enough.
Clerks were out for the Thanksgiving holiday, so voice mail backed up, and fans assumed the programs had sold out again.
Not so. An order of 10,000 programs was placed, and by Tuesday, only about 2,000 of those had been sold. The programs are $15 and can be ordered by calling (614) 292-2073. On Friday, online orders will be taken at www.ohiostatebuckeyes.com.

I know its kind of a pain, but I just went down to the gift shop in the Schott and ordered them there...I couldn't get through either. Some things demand action for yourself. Don't sit and wait...you have to attack.:box:

The photo shoot of the captains and the Fun Bunch (Penn State week program) were done earlier in the summer before the jerseys were ready. You didn't really think the captains were just picked on 8/25 when Tressel announced them, did you? :tongue2:

Maybe we need some sort of announcement in the forums for welcoming and a few unwritten courtesies that we have, like one thread per topic... I think we can expect to see some new users and users who haven't posted here in a long time coming from BN with their site change. Of course, this may be in the works and I don't know about it.
