I have noticed that Joe Pa really doesn't "coach" that much anymore, he makes some decisions here and there, but he's more of a well how should I say it, "poster boy" for the penn state football team. Kind of like how England is not actually ran by the queen, but she's more of public figure. She doesn't make the decision. Now ofcourse Joe Pa still makes split-second decisions, but not as much as other coaches in the nation. Really its the other coaches that actually do the bulk of the "coaching".
