wasnt kerr rumored to be on the juice?JonathanXC said:I wonder how often steroids are used in college sports. I mean...you'd think there has to be at least some use, don't you? I think they should just make all those drugs legal and have a go with it. There isn't anything in the rulebook that says you can't use illegal drugs. I'm sure if the oldtimers would have been able to get them, they would have used them. They were probably doing enough illegal stuff as it is.
I really didn't follow Kerr too much. I never thought he would even get must PT at tOSU, but I remember the whole failed drug test thing, but I don't remember if they actually came out and said it was steroids or not. What ever happened to Kerr? What is his future?BuckeyeNation27 said:wasnt kerr rumored to be on the juice?
NYB: "On top of that, the Yankees are on the hook for $9 million a year until 2009. If I were them, I would try to break the contract under misrepresentaion."
Legally, this can never EVER happen. The Yankees are stuck with Giambi for the next four years and $82 million, and you can book it. Even if Giambi got frustrated with New York and WANTED to break the deal, the Union wouldn't let it happen.
