I am headed back to the land of the big PX (Ft Sill, OK) on Nov 1st, but my Internet service will be disconnected tomorrow. Although I may be able to find time to hit an Internet cafe before I leave, this will probably be one of my last posts for a while. I would like to thank all of you for making my time over here more enjoyable. I can't begin to tell you how important this community has been for me, as I am in a remote area of Korea and not surrounded by other American Soldiers. When I leave work and head to the apartment, there is pretty much no more talking as everybody around me is speaking gibberish.
I can't believe that I've been a member of Buckeye Planet for more than two years and still haven't reached 1000 posts. Pathetic. And, I can definitely say that my chances of ever reaching 1000 are about to decrease exponentially now that I will be returning to my family. But, I'll still try to throw in my 1.5 cents every now and then. My wife asked me how I wanted to celebrate my return...and after I told her some things that are probably not appropriate to share on this forum, I said that I wanted to go to the Shoe. So, we will be going to the Illinois game on the 5th. This will be my wife and daughter's first Buckeye game, so we are all pretty excited. Thanks again everybody.
