I don't know if this has been posted here but in replacing starting center Pete Kendall with rookie Alex Stepanovich, Arizona Cardinals head coach Dennis Green said: "He comes from Ohio State, a program where guys are ready to go". He later said: "I think by bringing a fresh player out of Ohio State who is used to winning, I know what he wants to do." His actions back up his words. He's had Stringer(RIP), Smith, Carter and Graham on his teams. Graham I think was working in a store or something when Green sought him out. I think other pro teams (check Dallas' roster and our 14 picks last year) feel the same way. What a great recruiting tool!
