Greatest collection of offensive weapons EVER?

ShowMeBuck

You know what? Chicken butt.
Really trying hard not to count my chickens but the possibility of stacking elite skills guys like cord wood in 3 classes is mind blowing. I used 3 classes because of the increased chances of them all being on the team at the same time. This is simply incredible and if it were to come together you would have to wonder if on paper it's the greatest 3 class run of offensive firepower ever.

Names like:

WR & Pivot: McCall, Victor, Mack, Grimes, Lindsey, Harris, Gill, "Blue" Smith, (+2018 WR)
TE: Hausman, Farrell, Hawkins, (+2018 TE)
RB: Williams, Dobbins, Akers, Slade
QB: Haskins, Clark, Jurkovec or Jones

**The thing about thinking about this list is how many unknowns will surface for '18 class. Just knowing the '18 QB will likely be a stud and Gill looking likely for '18 makes you realize............this train isn't slowing down.

And I don't even have the energy to list the potential O Line we are looking at to let these studs go to work.

YIKES. Look at that list and go ahead and try not to drool. I dare ya. We are a little over half way there by the way and ALL of these guys are realistic. Yeah......drool.

Youre counting your chickens.

My God.

An entire list of prospects who haven't committed and/or who have never played a snap.
It doesn't make my loins tingle.

I put a spot in for WR and TE who are unknown. Then 18 players of which 8 are '16 kids who are already in, 2 are '17 kids who are verbals and the other 8 are either '17 or '18 kids who we are the favorites for or clearly deep in the running. So, why is this so far fetched?

"the greatest 3 class run of offensive firepower ever"

This mangled sentence was what stuck out to Diddy.

Mainly because you are waxing poetic about prospects who have literally no taken a college snap.
I like your spirit.
However, a modest proposal - tone it down a bit.

Could some be busts? Sure. But as we saw in the last draft the coaches are pretty solid at identifying and developing talent. And the point still stands: landing that list from those 3 classes is absolutely possible and puts more playmakers (on paper) together than I have ever seen. On optimism: blame UFM, Coach Mick, etc. It's their fault. Hahaha.

Hey, admittedly, this is based on ratings agencies. None of these guys have played a snap. I'm saying that's a boat load of 4-5 star guys. More than I've ever seen for 3 classes for offensive weapons. And we know the staff has their own, more important evaluations legitimizing the rankings and potential impact of these guys. Staff has proven to know the difference between a Zeke and a Green.
