Greatest collection of offensive weapons EVER?

This thread is really jumping the gun. For one, just because kids are favored means next to nothing, I'm sure many of us can name dozens of recruits that were at one time favored to OSU, only to end up elsewhere come NSD(Patrice Rene, Stefon Diggs, Damian Prince, Austin Roberts, Brandon Harris, Deshaun Watson, Tahj Boyd, Zack Arlington, and the list can go on). Though I admire your ambition, its just too far in the future to predict anything. Especially with so many things up in the air for the 2017 class due to very tight numbers. And with none of these kids yet to see the field, too many questions(will they pick up the play book, be able to manage school, social and football life, injuries, etc). I have a hard time predicting the class size, let alone who will actually be in the class when its only May(8mos from NSD). We can easily see some kids decommit and Urban is always known for getting kids late who we thought we had no chance(i.e. KJ Hill). Too early to predict much, let alone how great these kids may be at an entirely harder level than HS.
And also, Sibley can also remain a Buckeye in the end.

@ShowMeBuck I like how you use the word "possibility" and people are telling you to slow it down....how dare you think this could possibly be the greatest collection of talent ever at Ohio State! If only you had data to back up your prediction. You know, like a coach who recruits and produces top-notch talent. Maybe a QB setting records. RB's rushing for 1,800+ in back to back seasons. Or even a high number of players drafted into the NFL.

Cool it with your "possibilities"

This mangled sentence was what stuck out to Diddy.
Mr. Combs, Dennys called and your table is ready.

Seriously. Let's just stop posting during the off season. If it didn't happen on the field, no point saying anything about it. Unless of course it was a twitter squabble -- then we need to fire some coaches.

I think something was totally missed here. I was talking about 3 classes of rankings for offensive players. Just like you rank each recruiting class. It just seems like we are on track for more 4 and 5 star guys on offense than I have ever seen in 3 straight classes. Why is that hyperbole? I'm simply stating its a massive amount of POTENTIAL.

My original post said "on paper" and everyone is acting like I'm predicting the on field results will be the best ever. Sheesh. Just stating it could be the greatest collection of highly rated offensive players assembled in 3 straight classes. Approximately half those guys are already committed or have signed up and the rest are trending nicely. We are trending ON PAPER to have the greatest collection of offensive weapons on a team at the same time than I think I have ever seen.

Sorry this has been so hard to comprehend. The comments about UFM and his ability to evaluate and coach up the talent just validates the rankings more so than other coaches in the land. But it's simply a comment on stockpiling potential game breakers. Nothing more. UFM is amassing some very nice "checkers" to play with.
