I would have to go with Techmo Super Bowl, Superdodgeball, Pro Wrestling, and Paperboy for starters. Chime in......

Are we talking just the 8-bit nintendo, or all nintendos??

Mario Bros 3 for Nintendo is still awesome. Along with Punch-Out, Tecmo, Contra.

The best Nintendo game overall is def. Zelda: Ocarina of Time! That game was years ahead of any other game at that time.

Oops maybe it was at wonder it brought back bad memories. I bet anybody who said words like Zelda or Donkey Kong were immediately banned for bad conduct.

I am in complete agreement! By far the best game I've ever played. I've probably beat the game 6-7 times. About once a year I get an urge to break out my old N64 and play it again.

If we are talking about the original NES, I would have to go with Punch-Out. Long live King Hippo!

Going back to Zelda, have you seen any of the screen shots for the Game Cube version to come out next year? They look awesome:

There's something about the 8-bit Super Mario Bros and The Legend Of Zelda that never gets old. Some games are so realistic nowadays that they're not like games any more.

My favorites were Super Tecmo Bowl, Baseball Stars, RBI Baseball, Mike Tyson's Punchout, Castlevania, and Super Dodgeball.

True, too much realism defeats the point of it being entertainment. Pro wrestling was a great game also.

I think we did do this thread over here before because I remember mentioning that I still have all these games on my XBox for playing anytime I want.
