Let's hope this remains as bizarre as it has been so far since 3. Maybe deep down he's entering the witness protection program to avoid the hatred of dukies everywhere so he can come to C-bus instead

His father called for a press conference to publicly announce that he had signed, but wanted to keep it low key for confidentiality reasons?!

Does Mr. Paulus understand the definition of "low key"?

Oh wait, we've got 4-star studs coming in at pretty much every position, and are landing 5-star players at multiple positions. Oh yeah, and we can red shirt a good number of em next year too. We can definitely afford to lose this one (as much as we'd love to have him)

FOX Sports on MSN - COLLEGE BASKETBALL - Sources: Paulus may play football at Michigan


The Green Bay Packers aren't the only ones who are interested in Greg Paulus.

According to sources close to the situation, the former Duke point guard was in Ann Arbor on Tuesday meeting with Michigan football coach Rich Rodriguez about the possibility of playing this season for the Wolverines.

The 6-foot-1 Paulus, who was the Gatorade National Player of the Year as a standout quarterback at Christian Brothers Academy in New York, has one year of eligibility left for football after playing four years of basketball at Duke.


He watched Michigan practice Tuesday afternoon and could fit in with Rodriguez's spread offense. The Wolverines don't have a clear-cut starting quarterback, and Paulus could come in and play immediately.

they want to bring "Teabag" Paulus in to play QB?? I'm crying tears of happiness right now. I can't even come close to expressing how much enjoyment I would receive, watching that flopping d-bag take massive hits. Just when you think it can't get any better.......

Hopefully he carries over the flopping to football. That would be awesome.
