Being from Lima (born and raised) and graduating from OSU, it bothers me to find out when my hometown heros aren't doing so good and making Lima look bad...By the way Jamar is doing Lima justice..

But I'm sure many of you aren't suprised by Greg Simpson, the former Mr. Basketball and B10 Frosh of the year was arrested yesterday.:smash:

This is sad - but bad character was endemic to the Ayers years :shake:

Apart from LeBron, Greg was the best high school basketball player I had the pleasure of watching.

For selfish reasons, I wish we would have kept his nose clean. He was fun to watch on the hardwood.

Not surprising the path his life went down.

I have to agree with GSimp being the best Bball player I seen in person besides Lebron, especially in Ohio. I remember when I was a kid I seen Jim Jackson and Greg Simpson face off in HS when GSimp was a frosh and Jimmy was a Senior..These were the good ol days. I have a friend who has alot Greg's old games at Lima Senior on VHS.
