I'm definitely pumped for this game. Rockstar is one of the only studios out there that makes a single player game that's worth a shit these days. It will be interesting to see how they implement the facial technology that L.A Noire used. I always thought of that game as a demo of the tech anyway.

Any rumors for what all is going to be new?

I hope they worked on the multiplayer they put in IV. It was definitely fun, but lacked server quality. Very excited about the next installment. This is the only game that I've purchased every game other than the original GTA. From GTA 2 on, I've owned it. Loved every installment.

Should be interesting to see where it takes place this time around.... I'm thinking a San Andreas revamp on the next gen consoles.

Ive owned every GTA but that one. From what I've heard from some people, that was their favorite GTA.

Man if they could tap back into Vice City type of game, it would probably be my favorite game of all time. Vice City was just so good on so many fronts. The storyline was AWESOME, and the music was the BEST in any GTA yet. And it would be great if it was set in the west coast ala LA

Here's my wishlist:

- Let us in more buildings
- Have the entire city open from the beginning (island is locked at the beginning and after completing a certain mission it's unlocked feels stupid)
- I like IGN's idea of attribute character (build skills)
- More random and bigger crime from computer AI
- Longer story (can it get much longer than GTAIV?)
- Weather...snow, rain, etc. (although if its in LA, they dont get snow )
- More surprises and twists (I loved how Lance Vance stabbed you in the back, although I was sad because I liked the guy, in Vice City). I felt like this was missing big time in GTAIV
- Bring back gangs/homeboys...they were there in the old GTA's. You can have friend/foe gangs. This should be an option. I'd love to be able to do this, but not everyone likes that.
- If you do the above, be able to bring along "friends" to do crime.
- Be able to rob banks and more stores, not just in a mission
- Create your own character. I got sick of Niko in GTAIV after ahwile
- And be able to customize every aspect of your character
- Buying more things. Cars, Houses, bring back buying businesses
- Smarter cops. I loved to get on top of buildings and snipe people, but they shouldn't know where I'm at RIGHT away. They should set up perimeters, etc to find the suspect first.
- More escape methods. For example, if I'm on top of a building, I should be able to shoot a zip line thing into an adjacent building and go through a window, parachutes, etc. That kind of crazy stuff
- Being able to use anything as a weapon. Pick up a trashcan and bash someone over the head. or throw rocks at people
- Able to make different decisions through the storyline. Watching a trailer for LA Noire, you get to make different decisions along the way

I can' think of much more right now. This is how I get my fix for breaking the law (and not get in trouble), and dangit I want to be able to do almost anything and everything

SA was easily my favorite GTA. IV just got old, fast. In fact, that's what I'm worried about most with V. With all the other great sandbox games out there, (Batman comes to mind), how will they keep V from becoming another series of: Find checkpoint, chase, shoot?
