Yeah, I'll probably pop it in to check out the heists, but I'm not getting my hopes up after such a long wait. I was looking forward to them since day 1, absolutely love co-op stuff with buddies with mission parameters and such...basically I was hoping for a little Payday 2 in GTA V. After the money glitch wars, GTA V just felt ruined because people were glitching ridiculous bounty sizes on people so even if you tried staying legit you'd wind up with crap tons of cash. It got so bad that people stopped doing the missions and just hung out in the lobby and death matched...so boring after awhile and I couldn't convince my buddies otherwise. I ended up buying used copies of Payday 2 for them just to get them off the GTA V lobby hunting.

Bought the next gen version (after trading in my old copy) and the game is even more amazing this time around. The graphics are ridiculously good, smooth 30fps, physics, and attention to detail is amazing.

There's a lot of smaller new things in the online I've noticed. You can make your character actually look unique with a lot of detail, etc. Draw distance is incredible. First person makes game modes line death match actually fun and playable. Oh, and 30 person lobbies are insane.

It doesn't matter what game it is, I hate flying planes. Having to land them makes it even worse.

Same....but having my buddy stand on the mountain by the airbase and trying to take his head off was pretty fun....

imo the planes in GTA aren't too difficult to fly. It's not like trying to land the jet in Top Gun on the NES, it's pretty forgiving.

Played a bit of the new game with my FIL on his PS4 yesterday. Didn't really notice many changes, there were a few minor things that I don't remember running into, like some lady getting mugged in a back alley in a random encounter. My memory is bad though.

I got my PS4 the other day. Haven't ventured online yet. The main thing I noticed was the plane in the hangar at the AFB is gone. I've gotten killed every time....gotta find where they're hiding it now.

Damn, only took a year and a half almost to get the Online Heists out. Sounds like there's going to be 6 different heists from what I've heard, and 4 possible locations. You'll need at least an apartment with a planning room before you can plan a heist. I haven't touched GTA V in several months, but I'll definitely be firing it back up to run heists. Camping out in the lobby is old, cooperation/teamwork to hit a big score is what I've been looking forward to for some time.

I wonder if it's not available until later in the game? I noticed a few slight differences when playing with my father-in-law on his PS4. There seems to be more random interactions on the street (I noticed some lady getting mugged in an alleyway that I never saw on my PS3, little things you can affect like that). I would guess that the plane shows up later once you've progressed a bit farther.
