True Madness Requires Significant Intelligence
If the mods think this belongs in the pro football thread go ahead and move it.

Hank passed away this weekend. He lived close to where I live now. He loved NOLA and settled here after his coaching days.

Some thing Hank was known to have contributed to the NFL.
The two tight end set. Man in motion. QB roll up. The stacked defense which led to the 3-4.

He was at a Ducks Unlimited banquet I went to years ago, Very nice man.

First off, isn't his last name Stram?

Stram had the worst wig in sports.
It was a tough call when Cosell would interview him during the late '70. Of course, Howard wasn't really 'in sports'.

They played part of his Hall of Fam induction speech on the radio today... you could tell the guy just loved the game.
