Florida woman, 32, is charged for drinking WHITE CLAW while driving but claims she didn't think it was illegal because the hard seltzer only contains '5% alcohol'

According to the deputy's report, Morrison smelled strongly of alcohol and her 'hair was in a nest, her skirt was sideways and her shoes were off'.

She allegedly refused to take a breathalyzer test, telling the deputy that if she did so she would receive 'an automatic DUI'.

These two definitely chose the right time to do this, because who’s gonna be hanging around the control booth for a digital billboard at 11pm on a Saturday night, and since it was 11pm it was extremely dark, and the porn was just so, so bright. Apparently the videos played for around 20 minutes before cops arrived and shut down the raunchy billboard and subsequently all of the fun in Auburn Hills, Michigan that night.
