I got a Scout.com subscription as a gift from a friend, but Im having a difficult time watching the scouting videos: I can't do it.

That small page will pop up, and I'll have the control bar for WMP, but when I hit the play button, nothing happens. The black screen will just stay there.

I'm using Firefox v.1.0.4. I understand its a little outdated, but I didnt want to lose all my plugins; But if it'll fix the problem, I'll do it.

So what's the problem? I rarely have trouble with other streaming videos...
