Home values of anybody!

Gobucki

I'm using the Internet!!!
http://franklin.governmaxa.com/propertymax/rover30.asp

This is Franklin County Auditors page. You can check the value of someone's home just by typing a name or address.

Most houses have floors plans or sketches. Some even have photos. Also lists improvments on the house.

Just FYI, Tressel's is under his wife's name Ellen. One of the listings has a picture of the house. Pretty nice.

I'm sure you can check other county's auditors websites and do the same thing.

EDIT: Pretty handy for stalkers.

yep, I used this when I built my fence. You can overlay the boundry lines on an arial photo and use that to find the pins. Of course when they took the photo of the front of my house I was adding topsoil to to the front yard (22 tons) I had a big plastic garbage can in front of my garage (for the shovels and stuff) and a mountain of dirt in my front yard, thanks guys, now I permanently look like a homesick hilljack.

I looked up Coach and Dick Tressel, Herby, and Antonio Daniels (the listing has same middle initial R. as Antonio, and it is a 2400 square foot house, so I'm assuming). Found all of them. Didn't find a listing that matched Mike Redd. Decided to quit being a stalker...just wondered if it worked. Cool.

remember the estimated values differ from the actual sales...

It seems in Dublin the estimated home value and the value homes sell for are close... In UA it seems that the estimated home value is about 2/3 of the price it would sell for... need to keep that in mind...

My son (14) uses the local auditors web site to get info for everyone he knows and for all of the homes for sale in the local area. They're filled with all info such as yearly taxes, footage, nice property maps and sale price. It's a little odd, but it's better than him being a por addict. :tongue2:
