How did you get to "The Planet"?

Found myself being more and more tempted to pay for information, and decided that I needed to be reformed. Came over here, and only post once or twice a week since the RR was shut down. It's been re-opened for a while now, but it's a shadow of it's former self. Plus, the football discussion over there is basically ant trying to be smarter than everyone else, and failing miserably.

I was over At BuckSucks and saw where Susan Z. was asked about her problem with Clairity at Buckeye Planet....


I said to myself.... What in the world is Buckeye Planet.....

Well I found my way here and a week or so later, got myself banned from BuckSucks and Never looked back......


I was soo sick of the Tressel bashing over there I told off a Mod and Got The boot.....

...Well, I can proudly say that I've never been banned from a forum, and I hope never to be. I found the Planet from BN in a post of Mililani's videos. I had already seen that video elsewhere (from TheOzone, but the video wasn't hosted here) but hadn't heard of the website before, so I thought I'd check out the forums.

I like that everyone has PERSONALITY here. It's not just a random assortment of fans who are nameless and faceless hyperventilating over rumors... it's a group of guys (and girls, I think? other than myself?) who have their own style, their own identity. It is very much a COMMUNITY, as someone said above. I'm sure some of you hyperventilate over rumors too...but you guys do it with STYLE!

I'm really glad to have stumbled across this place, even though the way I found it was in a post that someone should not have made over at BN. I can't wait til the season starts and the action picks up...

I think maybe I'm the only one left of the original "Boys Club" members left that's still allowed to post on BustNuts.

BN was a great place to be 3 years ago, but the NC of 02 killed that. Every "Wanna-Be" Buckeye fan in the world showed up there and it ruined the place. It's kinda funny that "urban-Legend" has it that "C-Dog" started this place out of spite from being banned from BN. This site was actually being planned out long before that. "C" saw what was going on there and threw out some messages to folks interested in getting a new site started. He grabbed the bull by the horns and got this place done, and what a great accomplishment it has turned out to be.

When I googled Ohio State football I got the Vanilla Gorilla's site. After a while of lurking there I found my way over courtesy of his links to BP.

I was involved in a Yahoo Fantasy Baseball league last year through Bucknuts with Turd and some others (I believe that hawg was in the league as well but not 100% certain). I got my invite to here from that fantasy baseball site and have stayed here ever since (although with brief appearances at bannedposters.com as well). I have posted maybe once over at BN in the last year and a half and don't go over there at all now.

After the purge of the Retard Room, I have still remained a poster on BN. A few bp posters mentioned this site and I visited. It took awhile for me to gain full appreciation for this site, but now I really enjoy it.

Tilleyedie is actually a good guy. I don't know why he doesn't like it here, but I heard it had something to do with the political board. I would be a jackass if I still posted over on BN. In my last post I called antosu a joke and haven't been back since.

^ agreed, TillEYEdie is a good guy, but he refers to this place as hypocrite planet. I usually contest him when he talks about how this place sucks, but usually it is not worth it.

I came over from BN after trying to dig up more info on the good old MV3 (now MV1) (Google, probably) Posting at BN became less and less and now I never check in there at all.

I mostly read everyone's posts at BN, bu I rarely posted there myself. I noticed that other posters like Clarity and Mili had disappeared. So I checked out the forums at cleveland.com after reading a few Buckeye articles and found someone talking about BP. I did a search and have been stranded here ever since.
