was just looking up our record low temps

right after Christmas of ‘89 (last time we had snow accumulation) we got down to 13° one day and 11° the next.
i was still only 11 years old then, so wasn’t paying attention to actual temps.

other than for each day of January our record low is typically around the mid 20’s some in the low 20’s.

however, in 1960 we dropped down to 4°.
FOUR!

holy crap, i couldn’t even imagine that.

tied the record low for today at 21°, but temps already climbing up close to yesterday’s high.

MIGHT drop down to right at freezing tonight, but lookin like normal temps for us for a while starting tomorrow.

We have a stretch coming where it's going as high as the 50's, so yeah, it's warming up. A lot of winters do that in C'bus.

Looks like we're going to get blasted tonight and tommorrow up here in the Great Black Swamp.
That line between 3-6 and 6+ goes right through my little town of Wauseon. NWS saying 9" or more possible.

Yeah I'm surprised they are only saying 6+....everything I've seen points to 9+ and some sports on the northern tier looking at a foot or more...
