I think the magic number is 28

I agree the number is 28. Especially if scUM has 27

I really, really like our chances if we put 28 points on the board. Even when Michigan totally had their way with our defense last year, up at their place no less, they "only managed" 35 points. Considering that Miami (Oh) held them to 10 first half points and 280 yards total offense for the game at Michigan, San Diego State held them to 17 offensive points at Michigan, Notre Dame held them to 12 points (4 FGs) for 57 minutes, Purdue held them to 16 points total, Michigan State held them to 10 points for 3 1/2 quarters at Michigan, and Northwestern held them to 7 first half points at Michigan, I think a raucous crowd and a spirited defense can shut Michigan down.

the buckeyes are 0-4 in big ten play when they give up 20 or more points in a game.....IF the bucks get in a scoring game....they lose....period...

the only way the buckeyes win saturday is if it can become a 17-14 type contest.....

We haven't scored 28 against scUM since 1998 and those were with offenses that had a pulse.

Well, Kashmir, we put up 23 in the first half at Michigan in 2001, and our offense that year wasn't exactly a juggernaught. This is The Game, and anything can happen.

True. Of course, the first half when we scored 23 was with Wells. The 2nd half when we scored 3 was with Lydell Loss, who is still the same player 3 years later...
