A "friend" of mine need photo shop help. He posted a thread in the open forum under Iam Powerless. It got nuked and he got banned.

I can personally say that he is OK.

How can I have my friend get un-banned?
Where is an appropriate place to place the photo shop requests if it's not under the Open forum?
