From yesterday as well.

Looks like little bro is a DT:

Apparently they have 4 older brothers who have also played college FB:

Football runs in James’ blood. His older brothers — Montez Robinson (Georgia) and Armonze (Marshall) and Elijah Daniel (Auburn) — played college football after playing at Avon. Another brother, Matthew James, is a freshman defensive tackle at Indiana State. A younger brother, Nathaniel James, is a sophomore defensive end at Avon.

“Four of my brothers have gone on to play Division I football,” James said. “That’s what I’d like to do. My brother Nathaniel is a good player. He’s naturally strong and has good technique. He’ll improve and be really good, too.”

So much of the 2018 preseason talk about the Class 6A second-ranked Avon Orioles football team pertained to star running back Sampson James. But, coach Mark Bless proved his new Orioles can go to the air for offense, too. Avon hit two of its first three scores via the pass to pace a 44-13 decision over the host Plainfield Quakers in the 2018 season debuts of the Hendricks County rivals.

...

Make no mistake, James was still just as good as advertised. His night was somewhat short, with a third quarter exit. However, James still found the end zone twice on 5-yard and 53-yard carries, while amassing 148 yards on just 15 rushes.

But, with the Orioles’ (1-0) defense, paced by defensive back Tyler Anderson’s seven tackles and interception, holding taught for three quarters, and quality offensive firepower via the air, no extra burden was placed on James.

“Sampson got some good runs in, and that was good to see,” Bless said. “We will have to be able to throw the ball, because opponents are going to load the box against us.”
