I just installed a new Kemper Cabinets in my kitchen. The Kemper MSRP price on my cabinets was well over $15,000. I do not know how you can justify that price when several of the cabinets were not square and required us to plane the edges to make them square. Some of the cabinets were too big/too small by over 1/4 inch and that is unacceptable. I was not impressed with the amount of left over glue, chips and general "dings" in the interior of the cabinets. If I wasn't under such a time crunch to have my kitchen replaced, I would have refused to install these cabinets. I went through Carter Lumber and they had problems with the order, they placed the order and I was told 4-6 weeks to get the cabinets, and after 5 weeks I called to check on them and Carter was told by Kemper that the order was not placed, even though Cater had order confirmation. Kemper also sent one cabinet that was hinged incorrectly even though the paper work clearly stated Right Hinge. I wanted to bring it to someone’s attention that your product is in my mind inferior, and I will NOT recommend the Kemper brand to anyone that I know. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
