It Looks Like I was Right (Hurricane Katrina Merged)

It Looks Like I was Right,

But I wish I was wrong!

Hurricane Katrina has a bullseye on the NOLA area.
She will probably hit here at Category 4. The gulf water is almost 90 degrees so it is expected to gain strength before land fall. The predicted track is right over my home.

My wife, Kids, in-laws and the pets have evacuated. I have to gather the last of the patio furniture tomorrow and trim a few branches a little too close to the house. After that it will be wait and see.

Cross your fingers and say a prayer for your southern brothers.

another Cat 4 heading that way.... after last year I was hoping for a slow hurricane year. We had a little wind and rain here but the storm is too far out in the gulf to effect us. This time last year we were getting hit by 4 in a row... lets hope this year is different.

stay safe

Having been involved with large Hurricanes, and having had the pleasure of visiting New Orleans. I wish you good luck but I'm very concerned, Be very safe but stay away from that storm, it looks really, really dangerous to me, especially for your area. Good luck.
