9 years makes it more than just a Jimbo issue. It's a systemic FSU/Tallahassee issue.
Only thing that makes PSU/Happy Valley worse is they victimized children. FSU/Tally seems to focus it's depravity on young adults.

The fact that the President was willing to take the Ped State job that nobody in the country wanted just to get the eff out of FSU is quite telling as to what a cesspool of corruption and misplaced institutional priorities that university must be.

Well, we have Bama writing fraudulent medical records, transferring in woman beaters, and keep drug dealers on scholarship
We have Auburn taking every castoff from the rest of the conference... though apparently they draw the line at assault
We have LSU's "team votes" on whether to suspend players.
Seems to me, even within the SEC, they could be worse.

Jimbo Fisher: I’m staying right here at Florida State
The whole LSU thing never panned out, but Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher is going on the record to shut down any potential coaching rumors tying him to other job openings still left to fill.
“You’re exactly right,” Fisher said Tuesday to Mike Bianchi during a radio interview. “I’m staying right here at Florida State.”

However, he didn't comment on whether he actually had any interest in LSU and/or would have left for LSU if it did "pan out".

You can recruit all the talent you need to win within a 500 or so mile radius
You can get anyone into school that can fog a mirror
You can keep anyone out of jail (so long as there is no video evidence of the crime)

Report: LSU, Jimbo ‘intermediaries’ were in talks last week
If one report is accurate, there was more to the Jimbo Fisher-to-LSU speculation the last couple of weeks than most in Seminole Nation would like to acknowledge. Much more, as it turned out.

Seminole Nation doesn't acknowledge much of anything. This was the main reason I wanted Les to leave. Watching their reaction would have been hilarious.
