Joe Flacco (Baltimore Ravens)

Do you think [censored] head would've started all year had Troy not gotten sick?

nope, I don't, but I also am man enough to acknowledge that he's done enough to earn the job w/o all the pussified sour grapes. Troy deserves a shot somewhere, but not in Baltimore at this time.

Especially when the GM's job depends on that starter panning out, seeing as how the GM's the one that used the 18th overall pick to grab a D1-AA QB. Hmmm....

I am not even sure if you watch NFL football...the Ravens have one of, if not the best, GMs in the NFL. His job is NOT on the line.

Eh, not really. I don't give a fuck about the NFL. But there isn't a job in professional sports that is secure beyond a couple boneheaded moves or shitty seasons.

Let me be clear about this: I hate the fucking Ravens. That piece of shit Model took away the Brownies and ruined the NFL for me. I don't have a team anymore. The fact that the Ravens drafted Troy just to put that douchenozzle Fucco in front of him is just resolidifying my hatred. Colvinnl - if you want friends on this board, you will have to offer more than a "reasonable" argument for the shit-birds. Naked pictures of your sister is a good start...

Steve McNair, Kyle Boller, Chris Redman.......those three names right there cement the fact that baltimores front office blows it on offensive players more than hit it out of the part.

As for the other arguement going on in this thread, I beleive that the people that are saying that the team could have had the same success if they had smith in there are right. Flacco did nothing to show that he was the elite qb, what he did was not lose games for them, which is fine, Trent Dilfer won a superbowl with this same team playing the same way.
