2020 KS OL Turner Corcoran (Nebraska Verbal)

Very high on this kid, as well as Jake Wray, Reece Attebery, Chad Lindberg, Kevin Pyne and Tosh Baker. Studrawa/Wilson/Day have a chance to hit a grand slam with OL recruiting this year. Johnson and Wypler are a tremendous start and I would hope they can bring Wray back around. If they could add two more like Corcoran and Lindberg to those three plus maybe one in-state kid like a Jakob James that would be ideal.

yeah, I think OSU is currently in a good spot. I agree that they are probably running #2, slightly behind Nebraska. Lincoln is only a 3.5 hour drive from Lawrence, KS so proximity is going to be a factor in his recruitment.

Not too many elite prospects like Turner from around this region. You see a few from the KC (Missouri and Kansas) area each year and a larger number 3 hrs further east in St. Louis.

Could end up being another situation similiar to Nester choosing Blacksburg, VA over Columbus. I could see Corcoran choosing Lincoln over Columbus just based on proximity, size and feel... and similiarities to his hometown of Lawrence.

Let's see the on-field product of both these teams in the fall and that could go a long way in his decision-making process. If Corn has any success at all (8-4/9-3) I think he chooses Nebraska.
