5 star upper classmen who dominates on special teams each week but can't get any PT on the team's weakest position? Would love to know what's holding him back.

Also really confused here, he needs to be out there more at LB. But hats off to Justin for not letting that get him down...he is continuing to kill it on ST when a lot of guys probably would have given up. That effort alone gets him PT in my books.

Football: Urban Meyer gives update on Bosa injury, previews Purdue in weekly press conference
Meyer praises Justin Hilliard
With the injury to Harrison, redshirt junior linebacker Justin Hilliard had the opportunity to play significantly more on defense than he usually does.
Meyer said he was happy to see a player like Hilliard get the opportunity to play.
“He’s one of my favorite players, favorite families,” Meyer said. “He’s a guy that means so much to us on the kicking game. He played pretty good. Not great, but pretty good.”
Hilliard recorded five tackles, including two solo tackles, against Minnesota on Saturday, with two broken up passes in the middle.
With the biceps injuries Hilliard faced, Meyer compared his journey to former Ohio State cornerback Marshon Lattimore, who started his collegiate career sidelined due to injury. Meyer said the redshirt junior linebacker still has a ways to go, but has shown growth.
“You never give up on a player,” Meyer said. “Keep working with him.”

Justin did well against Minny! His two batted down passes proved to be huge and he did pretty good tackling in open space.

Get him on the field. He probably has the best football IQ of any of the LBs and he's always on the right read, or almost always. Just needs game speed reps to hone it in. Like to see him in the middle with Tuf and rotate the 4 of Werner, Tuf, Harrison and Hilliard. Need fresh, smart and healthy bodies going forward.
